MOORE COUNTY, N.C. — One man is in custody following a deadly shooting in Moore County Tuesday night.
Sheriff's deputies were called to a home on Chriscoe Road, near the town of Seagrove.
Inside, they found Johnnie Brewer, 51, dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
Charles Lytle was arrested. He is being held in the Moore County Jail without bond.
Officials said the motive for the shooting remains unclear.
