FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville's Public Works Commission is showing its patriotic spirit.
The PWC water tower along the All American Freeway is shining lights that are red, white and blue. The freeway is the road that leads to Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base.
Lights usually shine on the tower during the holidays, but some local citizens suggested the change in colors while troops are deployed.
