FORT BRAGG, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier accused of violating a child appeared in court Monday.
Master Sgt. Thomas Stanley is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child back in 1998. Authorities say he has other charges pending.
Last April, Stanley was charged with child sexual exploitation. In 2001, he was accused of first-degree sex offense against a child.
