FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man accused of killing his neighbor on Sunday.
Investigators say 38-year-old Terry Sinclair got into an argument with a man who lived across the street and shot him.
The victim, 43-year-old Harold Oliver, was found dead outside his apartment.
The alleged murder happened in the 2200 block of Carbine Street around 1 p.m. Sunday.
As of 11 p.m. Sunday, deputies still had not arrested Sinclair, and first-degree murder warrants were on file.
Oliver and his sister, Patricia Garcia, lived at the Carbine Street address with their mother.
Authorities believe Sinclair is driving a 1990 white four-door Subaru Legacy, North Carolina registration RSD 6036.
