CARRBORO, N.C. — Carrboro Police want to know who grabbed an elementary student on the way to school Tuesday morning.
Police said the 9-year-old student was walking in a wooded area near Carrboro Elementary when a man grabbed the child's backpack from behind.
The student managed to slip off the backpack and run to school.
