Cary Mayor In Hot Water Over Recent Vote

Posted Updated

CARY, N.C. — Town Council members claim Cary Mayor Glen Lang had an apparent conflict of interest with a recent vote.

The concern surrounds the mayor's association with a developer who is involved in a huge residential project for the town.

The council approved the Amberly development last October. In an e-mail, council members said Lang should not have participated in the vote.
