CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Another victim in the Kinston plant explosion died Tuesday afternoon, bringing the death toll to five.
Milton Murrell is the second victim to die at the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center from his injuries.
The hospital also reported that David Williams, another victim of the recent blaze that killed three and injured more than three dozen others, was allowed to go home Tuesday.
The condition of another victim was upgraded from fair to good.
One patient remains in fair conditon. Four others remain on the critical list.
