CARY, N.C. — A Cary man is accused of ramming his car into a police cruiser.
Investigators say Gabriel Martinez drove his car into a police car last week at the corner of Kildaire Farm Road and Cary Parkway.
One officer's arm was broken in the incident. Another officer suffered injured ribs.
Martinez is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, assaulting a law enforcement officer and felony hit-and-run.
