ROXBORO, N.C. — A former Caswell County sheriff's deputy has been charged with drug trafficking and possession after he was spotted at an alleged drug house in Person County.
Person County deputies say they saw 61-year old Teddy Willis and another man buy 15 pounds of marijuana at a home on Collin Drive in Roxboro last week.
Willis is free on bond.
