HOPE MILLS, N.C. — Hope Mills police are looking for one of five suspects in the alleged rape of a 16-year-old child that occurred earlier this week.
Four suspects have been arrested in the case.
The Hope Mills Police Department and the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office are seeking assistance in locating the fifth suspect, 25-year-old Eduardo Pagan.
