RALEIGH, N.C. — Traffic is finally back to normal after a fuel spill on eastbound Interstate 40.
A tractor-trailer jumped a guardrail near Highway 55, slicing open its diesel fuel tank. Officials say the tractor-trailer spilled 300 gallons of gas.
Officials say it did not take too long to clean up the mess.
