DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police said they have arrested one of their most-wanted criminals.
Keith Whitley was arrested Monday. He is accused of shooting three people outside the Jaguar nightclub in September.
Whitley was one of the suspects officers had been focusing on in
Operation Looking Glass
-- a program that targets specific people, instead of specific crimes.
Durham police said Whitley had numerous warrants for his arrest up and down the east coast. He is in jail under $250,000 bond.
