Goldsboro Woman Killed In Wreck Involving Officer

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — An elderly Goldsboro woman is dead after a car accident involving a police officer.

Police said Gladys Morton Roe, 85, was driving on South Claiborne Street when her car was hit by Officer C.M. Burack.

Roe was the widow of Jim Roe, the former circulation manager of the
