CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Fire investigators are calling a fire at a private dorm just off the UNC-Chapel Hill campus suspicious.
Firefighters responded to the fire in a sixth-floor lounge at Granville Towers West around 5 a.m. Friday. Investigators said the fire started in a couch.
Investigators said they have not ruled out arson. Damages are estimated at $15,000.
No one was hurt.
