The Wayne County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that it has recovered property stolen Monday from Reaves Tractor and Equipment Company in Fayetteville.

Three suspects were taken into custody and charged with felony possession of stolen property. The suspects were identified as 31-year-old Linwood Gerald Mozingo of Fayetteville, 21-year-old Roger Lee Sealy of Parkton, N.C., and 32-year-old Mark Knox Riddle of Fayetteville. All were being held on $50,000 secured bond.

According to deputies, the recovered property was five brand new Artic Cat Four Wheelers, 250cc-400cc, valued at more than $30,000.

Investigators said they received information on Tuesday that the stolen property would arrive in Wayne County from the Cumberland County area. Investigators conducted a stakeout of the area where they were told the property was to be delivered.

At approximately 8 p.m., according to investigators, a rental truck arrived in the area. Three subjects were detained and questioned, and an investigation revealed that the property in the rental truck was stolen from Reaves Tractor and Equipment Company.

The four wheelers and the rental truck were seized and stored by the investigators.

Officers from the Fayetteville Police Department were notified and responded to Wayne County to assume control of the follow-up investigation.
