<b>CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Cumberland County sheriff's deputies have charged a man with raping a teenage girl.

Lanell Leake,20, is charged with statutory rape, statutory sex offense, indecent liberties with a minor and first-degree kidnapping.

Investigators said Leake raped the 14-year-old inside her own home on New Year's Eve.

Leake is being held in the Cumberland County jail on a $50,000 bond.
