<b>CARY, N.C.</b> — A New York man, who used to live in Durham, has been arrested for the sexual assaults of two Cary girls.

Mark Apostolico, 33,  is charged with statutory rape, indecent liberties and crimes against nature.

The magistrate's office said the offenses occurred last November, when the girls were younger than 13.
