Raleigh Woman Accused Of Stealing From Shelter

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh woman was arrested Sunday and charged with stealing from people who are less fortunate.

Neice King, 26, was arrested in connection with the disappearance of money orders worth more than $1,100 from the Helen Wright Center for Women on Cabarrus Street.

The center is a transitional housing shelter run by Urban ministries.

King was being held Monday on $2,500 bond.
