Wednesday night, investigators issued their third arrest warrant in the case. The warrant charges 19-year-old Kevin "K.J." Burnette Johnson with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and multiple counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
Johnson had not been arrested by late Wednesday. He is described as 5-8 and 150 pounds with a light brown complexion.
Investigators are also looking for 22-year-old Keiron Rynell Williams. Williams was charged earlier Wednesday with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and numerous counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
Williams drives a dark-color Acura and is described as black, 6-0 and 145 pounds.
The bus driver and two students from Pearsontown Elementary School suffered minor injuries when a bullet shattered the back window of the bus as it was traveling on Merrick Street on Dec. 2.
Earlier this week, investigators arrested 21-year-old Mike Dwayne Brown in connection with the shooting, charging him with 17 felony counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill in connection with the shooting.
