RALEIGH, N.C. — A Garner man is in the Wake County Jail, accused of raping a teenage girl.
Police charged John Sanders with second-degree rape and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Police said Sanders was at his girlfriend's apartment on Walnut Street, when he called the girl over and pulled her inside the apartment.
He is being held on $500,000 bond.
