RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have made an arrest in the murder of a city employee on Nov. 1. Two other suspects are still sought by police.

Robert Sanchez Saiz, 55, was shot and killed during a robbery attempt at the Public Utilities Building in Raleigh. On Friday, police announced Louis McLean is in custody and that they are looking for a second suspect, Dwight McLean, who is considered armed and dangerous.

"We have secured arrest warrants for Mr. Dwight McLean in the Nov. 1 robbery and homicide which occurred at a city facility. Mr. McLean is still at large. We consider him armed and dangerous. We have been actively looking for him and are looking for the public's help in securing his arrest," said Capt. D.S. Overman, of the Raleigh Police Department.

Dwight McLean, 17, of Four Oaks, is often seen in Johnston and Wake counties according to police. Dwight McLean is the nephew of Louis McLean.

Police charged Louis McLean with accessory after the fact of murder. Lewis McLean worked at the facility and police said he was present at the time of the robbery.

Police said they are also looking for a third suspect who they have not yet identified.
