Raleigh Approves Increase In Home Inspection Fees

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — The price of a home inspection in Raleigh is going up.

The Raleigh City Council approved the 15 percent increase, despite objections from the area's Home Builders Association.

The group said the fee is too much during the current economic slump.

Home inspection fees in Raleigh are currently lower than in other Triangle communities.
