My aunt in VA had this occur when the person behind her at a drivethrough said she backed into her when it turned out the person lodging the complaint had hit may aunt's car. Driver of vehicle behind my aunt claimed to have a back problem in ins claim.

Call me paranoid. I sort of suspect that in all of this maybe some medical insurance was bilked too. Let's get some research on what Drs signed of on the bruised ribs whiplash etc. The poster that mentioned the 80's having been active. There was some fears in NY on the "L I E" about the sudden lanes change and brakes too.

Another one of Obama's "CZARS" scores huh? Gee Kinda starting to think he may do good(gag cough) at a second term.

I absolutely LOVE hearing about thieves getting caught. I swear I can't get enough of it. Now, if only our justice system would penalize them harshly, I think my life would be complete! Lol!
