DURHAM, NC — A tentative trial date has been set for the Kathleen Peterson murder case.
Today, prosecutors and the defense agreed on a tentative date of May 12, almost a year from now.
Durham police say Mike Peterson killed his wife Kathleen at their mansion last December. Mike Peterson denies the charge.
