RALEIGH, N.C. — An eye-popping piece of art is on display in Raleigh.
A 35-foot-tall, wind-activated sculpture is located on a park trail at the
North Carolina Museum Of Art
Vollis Simpson created the sculpture earlier this week.
The sculpture is made out of old bicycle rims, fan blades and pieces of other things.
