RALEIGH, N.C. — Washington, D.C., police want to talk to a North Carolina prisoner about Chandra Levy.

Ingmar Guandeque was convicted of assaulting a female jogger in 2001 in the same park Levy was found in. He is being held at the Rivers Correctional Facility in the Hertford County town of Winton.

CNN is reporting that Washington, D.C., police only want to talk to him about Levy's case and that he is not a suspect.
