Newspaper: Kathleen Peterson Did Not Have Will
DURHAM, N.C. — According to the Durham Herald-Sun, Kathleen Peterson did not have a will or if she did, no one can find it.
Kathleen was found dead at the bottom of a staircase in the Durham home she shared with her husband, Mike Peterson. Peterson has been charged with his wife's murder.
According to the newspaper, she had assets valued at more than $260,000. Because there is no will, half of her estate automatically goes to Mike. The other half goes to her daughter, Caitlin Atwater.
