Youngsville Massage Therapist Wins Battle With Town Officials Over License

YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. — A months-long battle between Youngsville town leaders and a massage therapist appears to be over.
The Youngsville Board of Adjustment voted to give Linda Paschall a business license.
When Paschall first applied for the license several months ago, she was denied because the town classified her as a massage parlor, which are not allowed to operate in residential areas.
