FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — An effort to improve Fayetteville's image is moving ahead.
Thursday,
Greater Fayetteville Futures
announced it has hired a marketing company out of Cary.
Brogan & Partners will work on a branding campaign to reintroduce Fayetteville to the rest of the state.
The company is looking to the community to help identify the city's best assets to market.
"While we have experience in economic development and tourism marketing, we have to make sure the community gives us the answers, because that's where the answers are. Our job is to make sure the right answer bubbles to the surface," said Jim Tobin of Brogan & Partners.
The public is invited to a town hall meeting at the Crown Coliseum on April 17 at 6 p.m.
