DURHAM, N.C. — Several puppies will get a chance to have a good home, thanks to the Streets At Southpoint mall.
A litter of puppies was living under a house across from the mall in Durham. The mother was crossing four lanes of traffic to collect scraps from construction workers to feed her puppies.
The dogs will be part of an adoption event Saturday at Woodcroft Swim and Tennis Club. If you are interested, you can call Independent Animal Rescue at
