DURHAM, N.C. — Mike Peterson's attorney, David Rudolf, filed a motion Monday afternoon to block the use of all evidence gathered through search warrants at the Peterson house.
Rudolf said the warrants were obtained improperly and that Peterson's constitutional rights were violated.
Peterson has been charged with the murder of his wife, Kathleen, in December.
