DURHAM, N.C. — The investigation of a Durham day-care teacher is over and the teacher has been cleared of all allegations.
Sheriff's investigators said there is no evidence to support the fondling charges against a teacher at the Bright Horizons Family Solutions at 10 T.W. Alexander Drive in Research Triangle Park.
A 2-year-old had complained of pain in her pelvic area. An examination and further interviews showed it was not sexual in nature.
