WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — Wake County is offering one more day for pre-registration to speak on its
school reassignment plan
next week.
Three, separate public hearings will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Those who sign up to speak in advance will be allowed to address the school board first.
You can sign up to talk about student reassignment through Friday by calling the school system at
(919) 850-1611
.
Those who arrive Wednesday night may also speak, but they will be placed at the bottom of the speakers' list.
The hearings will be at Middle Creek, Sanderson and Southeast Raleigh high schools.
