The Lee County Sheriff's Office has made two arrests for two separate shootings at the same location over the weekend.

Brian Dunlap, 27, of Sanford was arrested Monday and charged with a shooting that injured one person at a Lee County mobile home Saturday night.

Dunlap is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury. He has been relased on $10,000 bail.

A second person was killed in a shooting at the same location around noon Sunday.

Monday morning, Lee County deputies arrested 18-year-old Travis Weichelt of Sanford. He is charged with murder and is being held in the Lee County jail without bond.

People who live nearby were shocked to find their neighborhood was the site of two shootings.

"A lady called with a scanner and she said, 'Are you OK?' I said, 'I don't know what you're talking about.' I went and looked out and saw ambulances and sheriff's cars, so then I knew something had happened," said a resident.

Investigators are still trying to determine the motives behind the shootings.
