Zoning Changes In Store For New Fayetteville Group Homes

There will be some zoning changes for new group homes in Fayetteville.

City Council members voted on a half-mile separation between family care and group homes within city limits.

Last year, the City Council passed a resolution to ask the state for more control over group homes.

Fayetteville has the highest ratio of group homes to population of any city in the state.
