CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and students in Cumberland County are making sure troops know they are loved.
First graders at E.E. Miller Elementary School and members of the 1st Corps Support Command colored Valentine's Day cards together for deployed soldiers.
Students also collected school supplies for Afghan children.
Everything will be mailed Monday to make sure it gets there in time for Valentine's Day.
