<b>WAYNE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Wayne County detectives are trying to figure out whose skull was discovered a few days ago.

A hunter found the skull Thursday while walking through the woods south of Arrington Bridge road. At first, investigators believed it was from a nearby graveyard, now they say it is murder.

The victim is a black male between the ages of 21 and 50. Detectives are looking through old cases and missing persons reports, hoping for a match.
