Raleigh Nets CIAA Tournament Through 2005

RALEIGH — The

Central Intercollegiate Basketball Association

, CIAA, will keep the ball bouncing in Raleigh for a few more years.

The conference announced Monday that it will keep its annual basketball tournament in the Capital city from 2003 through 2005.

Raleigh beat out Charlotte and Winston-Salem to host the week-long tournament.

Last year's event drew record attendance and added millions of dollars to the Triangle economy.
