Ellmers gets three committee assignments

— Renee Ellmers, Congresswoman-elect in North Carolina's Second District, will sit on the agriculture, small business and foreign affairs committees when she joins the 112th Congress Jan. 5.

Ellmers said the assignments put her in a unique position to address issues important to the residents of district, which includes Fort Bragg.

    Actually, she wasn't satisfied with just her foot in her mouth on this one, she had to wedge in the entire Pic n' Pay shoe store. The local Muslim religious leaders have been trying to get an appointment to talk to her about her stance on the issue, but she has been slicker than a meathouse rat so far. She knows that she will have to talk to them eventually, and she don't know what she'll say to the Anti-Victory-Mosque crowd back home if she does. Too Funny! ;)
