RALEIGH, N.C. — The State Board of Elections on Tuesday certified the results of an election that saw Republicans gain ground across North Carolina.
The certification came less than a week after a recount in the 2nd Congressional District led Democratic Rep. Bob Etheridge to concede his race to Republican candidate Renee Ellmers.

That was brilliant! After hearing him speak last weekend - it was all about him and not the people. "Just look at all the good I did" yeah, but when you do bad things on top of it the ends DO justify the means.
