A wrongful termination complaint against State Auditor Beth Wood has been tossed out.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A wrongful termination complaint against State Auditor Beth Wood has been tossed out.
Longtime state worker Alanda Vance claimed her dismissal last year was politically motivated. Vance is a Republican.
After a hearing this week, an administrative law judge ruled there was not enough evidence to support the claim.
Vance was let go in June 2009 after more than 22 years as a state employee.
