Wynn appointed for 4th Circuit Court of Appeals

The U.S. Senate confirmed North Carolina appeals court Judge James Wynn to the U.S 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday night, according to U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Senate confirmed North Carolina appeals court Judge James Wynn to the U.S 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday night, according to U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan.

Wynn was first nominated 11 years ago for the job, but did not get the job. He was re-nominated by President Barack Obama last fall.
