CHICAGO — After a day of campaigning, Democrat Barack Obama will hold an Election night rally at Grant Park in Chicago and a Cary woman will be in the front row, organizers said.

Sarah Reese, of Cary, will attend the speech. Reese recently donated money to the Obama campaign and won a contest to sit in the front row at the speech.

About 70,000 people are expected to attend the event and more than a million were anticipated to be outside of the park’s gates.

Kameron Leigh Mathews, a 2000 graduate of Duke University, will be among the crowd at the speech. She is a doctor in Chicago and volunteers with the Obama campaign.

Both presidential nominees plan to continue campaigning into Election Day.

Obama plans to vote early with wife, Michelle, before the two make a campaign stop in Indiana. Vice presidential nominee Joe Biden is also planning campaign stops.

Republican nominee John McCain will finish his campaign Tuesday with a rally in Prescott, Ariz. – he has always ended his senatorial campaigns on the courthouse steps there – and then before returning home to Phoenix.
