Top three priorities if elected:
1) Work towards the goal of eliminating homelessness by 2010.

2) Embrace healthy, progressive growth while maintaining the special character that makes Chapel Hill a unique place to live. Put an end to urban sprawl in order to protect our rural buffers.

3) Revitalize the downtown area by working with the merchants and friends of downtown groups to strive for a more representative government.
