Bonuses/Perks:

• 5 percent annual salary if team competes in the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Regional Tournament
• 5 percent annual salary if team advances from the regional tournament to the national tournament
• 5 percent annual salary if team advances to the final stage of the national tournament
• 5 percent annual salary if team wins the national championship
• 5 percent annual salary if an individual student-athlete on the golf team competes in the regional tournament
• University will provide coach with a late-model courtesy automobile or, at the university’s discretion, a stipend of $350 per month for the use of his own vehicle.
• University will provide coach with a cell phone and service plan or, at the university’s discretion, an equivalent monthly stipend sufficient to cover the service plan for coach’s use of his own cell phone.
• The Foundation of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Inc. or the UNC Charlotte Athletic Foundation may provide supplemental benefits to coach.
