Bonuses/Perks:

• Coach shall have the opportunity to engage in sports camps through ASU. Compensation for participation will be dependent upon receipts of the camp and will be paid through the university payroll system.

UNC-Charlotte Track & Cross Country Coach Robert Olesen

Bonuses/Perks:

• 5 percent annual salary if one or more team members compete in the NCAA Division I Women’s and Men’s Track and Cross Country Championships.
• 5 percent annual salary if one or more team members reach the NCAA National Championship Finals
• 5 percent annual salary of one or more team members finish in the Top 25 of the NCAA National Championship
• 5 percent annual salary if one or more team members win an NCAA National Championship
• University will provide coach a monthly car allowance of $350.
• University will provide a cell phone or a stipend for coach’s cell phone.
