1:45 p.m. – Authorities receive first 911 call from 202 Fan Branch Lane. Person complaining of full body cramps and hurting all over. The patient indicated he just came from football practice. Officials did not get the callers name.
1:46 p.m. – Paramedic was dispatched to the call
1:53 p.m. – Paramedic arrives
2:16 p.m. – Paramedic is cleared to leave
6:32 p.m. - Second 911 call received from 202 Fan Branch Lane – unconscious –not breathing – possible cardiac arrest
6:33 p.m. - Ambulance is dispatched
6:34 p.m. - Chapel Hill Fire First Responders and paramedic dispatched
6:38 p.m. – First responders arrive. 911 caller is advised that EMS is with patient
6:43 p.m. – Paramedics arrive
6:47 p.m. – Ambulance arrives
6:57 p.m. - Chapel Hill Police are dispatched to the home
6:58 p.m. – Chapel Hill Police arrive
6:56 p.m. – Ambulance is cleared to leave home
6:56 p.m. – First Responders are cleared to leave home
7:04 p.m. – Paramedics are cleared to leave home
7:26 p.m. – Police request additional paramedic to treat an elderly female
7:29 p.m. – Paramedic arrives
8:16 p.m. – Paramedic is cleared to leave home.
8:37 p.m. – Law enforcement is dispatched to deal with crowd control outside of the home
8:42 p.m. – One police unit is cleared to leave the home
9:40 p.m. – Last police unit cleared to leave home.

Raleigh Police on Tuesday introduced a system that allows people to report some non-emergency crimes online.
Raleigh residents continue to make good use of a mobile and Web-based tool developed by WRAL.com, the vendor SeeClickFix and the City of Raleigh, according to a report from the city.
Hundreds of problems, such as potholes and litter, were reported and resolved in the first month of use of a mobile and Web-based tool developed by WRAL.com, the vendor SeeClickFix and the City of Raleigh.
