Barring any unforseen issues between now and then, I'm planning to audition. And yes, I sing it the way it was written. :o)

I hope they will pick people who will sing a respectful National Anthem and sing the song the way it was meant and written to be sung. And I hope they will turn away those who sing the National Anthem as if it was some American Idol audition or a way for them to show their "range" and can hit the high notes.
