Raleigh, N.C. — Whether he is an escapee from Chick-fil-A was not clear Wednesday morning, but the picture tells the story: This chicken was spotted in the parking lot of Taco Bell on Western Boulevard in Raleigh.

I hope someone caught the poor thing and got it to a shelter or animal control. It could have been someone's pet. I just pray it is safe and okay.

There are lots of chickens running around behind that Taco Bell back in the trailer parks, but that bird is a long way from home if he's in the drive through on Western.
