Raleigh, N.C. — The North Carolina State Fairgrounds hosted the American Kennel Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day on Saturday.
Dog lovers were able to meet WRAL’s newsroom dog, Tracker, see obedience demonstrations, learn pet fire safety and take a Canine Good Citizens test.
